Learning outcomes
Master properly the basic principles of legislative regulation of representative relations, identify problematic issues that arise both in theory and in law enforcement, learn to solve, offer alternative solutions to these or other issues in the absence of legislative regulation. Master properly the basic principles of regulation of types of representation under the law of Ukraine, the peculiarities of concluding, amending, terminating, winding up transactions with the participation of representatives defining the concept and degree of authority of representatives.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know: the concepts and features of representation, the characteristics of representative relations, the subjects of representative relations; features of the relationship of representation with related legal structures. Know the concepts, classification and types of grounds for the emergence of representative legal relations. Know the peculiarities of the grounds for termination of representative legal relations. Be able to research and draw conclusions about the content and features of the emergence of contractual representation. Be able to determine the main features of the conclusion, form and content of the power of attorney, commission agreement and agency agreemen
Course content
The following issues are revealed in the study of the discipline on the principle of architectonics: the concept and characteristics of representation; types of representation and features of their legal regulation; subjects of representative legal relations; principles of representation; grounds for the emergence and termination of representation. Knowledge of the relationship of representation with other related legal structures such as commission agreement, agency agreement, mediation, etc. will be acquired

Lectures, seminars, self-studying work of the student on the basis of textbooks, abstracts, methodical recommendations, consultations with the teacher
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester forms of assessment: report (speech on a given topic) up to 5 points; supplementing the report to 3 points; express examination up to 3 points; colloquium up to 4 points; case resolution up to 5; self-studying work up to 4 points; homework up to 4 points; essays (short answers to questions) up to 3 points; testing up to 3 points; abstract (meaningful written work on a given topic with analysis of the literature and conclusions) up to 3 points; participation in the discussion up to 2 points; final test up to 5 points. The maximum final grade for this discipline can be 100 points. The student can receive a maximum of 60 points on the exam, to which are added the points obtained by the student during the seminar. Obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the exam can not be less than 36 points.
