To present your research on a legal topic, using primary sources and techniques of legal interpretation of complex complex problems that arise from this reseach, to argue the conclusions. To generate new ideas and use modern technologies in providing legal services To analyze the interaction of international law and international legal systems with the legal system of Ukraine based on the awareness of the basic modern legal doctrines, values and principles of law To conduct a comparative legal analysis of individual legal institutions of different legal systems, taking into account the relationship of the legal system of Ukraine with the legal systems of the Council of Europe and the European Union

Prerequisites and co-requisites
It is necessary to know: the basics of the legal status of the person in Ukraine, the general principles of administrative and legal protection of the person, the basics of administrative proceeding To be able to: analyze the peculiarities of relations arising in the field of administrative proceeding and administrative procedures; draw conclusions and proposals to improve the regulatory framework; determine the limits of discretionary powers of public administration subjects. • To possess the skills in drafting documents in the field of administrative process.
