Learning outcomes
To know the basic provisions of domestic and international (European) acts that regulate public relations in the field of judicial administration; To replicate the main provisions of the administrative and legal doctrine on the legal regulation of public relations in the field of judicial administration; To investigate and critically comprehend the legal positions of law enforcement agencies on the interpretation and application of administrative law governing public relations in the field of judicial administration; To apply the rules of administrative law to solve specific practical situations (cases)

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Successful mastering of the courses "Administrative Law", "Administrative Proceeding"; the knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the organization and sujects’ activities of the public administration, the implementation and protection of individual and citizen’s rights and freedoms, the basic principles of the legal system and field of the administrative law of Ukraine; literature sources on the problems of administrative law and administrative proceeding, the provisions of current regulations of Ukraine in the field of public administration, the basic requirements for the form and content of regulations. The ability to analyze, compare, summarize the provisions of sources of law.
Course content
Within the framework of the discipline the following aspects are studied: the provisions of domestic and international (European) legal acts that regulate public relations in the field of judicial administration; the main provisions of the administrative and legal doctrine on the legal regulation of public relations in the field of judicial administration; legal positions of the subjects of law enforcement activities on the interpretation and application of administrative law that regulate public relations in the field of judicial administration.

Forms of student assessment - semester forms of assessment: report (speech on a given topic) - from 1 to 5 points; supplement to the report - from 1 to 3 points; case resolution - from 1 to 5 points; Abstract (profound written work on a given topic with analysis of the literature and conclusions) - from 1 to 6 points; express questioning - from 1 to 10 points; final test - from 1 to 5 points
