LO1. To analyze and interpret mental phenomena, identify psychological problems and suggest ways to resolve them. LO2. To understand patterns and tendencies of the development and functioning of mental phenomena in the professional tasks’ context.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know the specifics, history of formation and methods of general psychology; theoretical concepts about mental properties and functions. 2. To be able to integrate a variety of data on the individual and psychological properties of the person under study into a single, holistic idea of his individuality; 3. To have elementary skills in a systematic approach to the study of human individuality.
Course content
The main constructs of personality psychology, the development of ideas about personality in domestic psychology - about the inner world of a person, patterns of mental development and functioning, individual and social are considered. The formation of scientific ideas about approaches to the study of personality in foreign psychology. The questions of the specifics of working with individual spheres of the personal dimension of a person's existence are raised: self-awareness and the meaning sphere, the life world of an individual, orientation, and others.

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Oral answers (speech at the seminar, participation in the discussion): 35/20 points 2. Final test: 25/12 points The maximum number of points for work during the semester is 60. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student is 40 points on a 100-point scale. The form of conduct is written. Types of tasks - open questions, creative tasks; at the same time, the answer to open question 1 is 25%; the answer to open question 2 is 25% and creative task - 35% of the total score. The minimum threshold level of the exam grade, at which the exam is considered passed, cannot be less than 24 points. Conditions for admission to the exam. A student is not admitted to the exam if he scored less than 36 points during the semester. He is admitted to the exam on the condition that he completes 50% of the practical work provided in the plan.
