Learning outcomes
LO 1. To search, process and analyze professionally important knowledge from various sources. including using of modern information and communication technologies. LO 2. To be able to organize and conduct psychological research using valid and reliable methods. LO3. To generalize empirical data and formulate reasoned theoretical conclusions, make psychological prognosis for the development of personality, family, educational system. LO 5. To develop and implement programs of psychological interventions (counseling, psychological correction, psychotherapy, training), to carry them out in individual and group work and evaluate quality. LO 7. To present the results of research in written and oral forms in accessible and reasonable way, to participate in professional discussions. LO 12. To solve ethical dilemmas based on the rule of law, ethical principles and universal values.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: general provisions about the practical activities of a psychologist, rights and responsibilities, typical risks. Be able to: use psychological knowledge about a person to analyze specific life situations; use psychodiagnostic methods and techniques in accordance with the specifics of the situation. Have basic skills: awareness of the psychological foundations of the formation of victim and suicidal behavior; application of modern information and technical means to solve problems of prevention of autoaggressive and victim behavior; professional business communication, language and textual ability; generating new ideas, evaluating the results and quality of professional activity.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to prepare students to work with people prone to autoaggressive and victim behavior, in which an individual approach should be implemented, take into account and correlate various factors of human behavior; acquainting students with the psychological properties of perception and impact of traumatic events on the mental health of the individual The discipline belongs to the list of elective disciplines and is designed to provide general theoretical training of students in the field of psychology, which will serve as a basis for their further activities. The program contains theoretical problems of studying the mechanisms of formation of autoaggressive and victim behavior, characteristics and features of its forms of manifestation, mental properties of the individual, psychopathological processes and conditions that cause it.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, seminars and practical lessons, individual work, exam.
Assessment methods and criteria
Oral answers, speech at the seminar, participation in discussions and debates, additions. Analytical report (in the format of an electronic presentation). Creative independent work in the format of an electronic presentation. Final test work. Exam. The maximum number of points is 40 points on a 100-point scale. Form of conducting - written. Types of tasks - open questions, creative tasks; the answer to open question 1 - 30%; answer to open-ended question 2 - in 35%, creative task - in 35% of the total score. The minimum threshold level of the examination mark at which the examination is considered passed may not be less than 24 points.
