To assess the nature and character of social processes and phenomena, to show understanding of the boundaries and mechanisms of their legal regulation. To correlate the modern system of civilizational values with legal values, principles and professional ethical standards. To present your research on a legal topic using primary sources and methods of legal interpretation of difficult complex problems that emerge from this research, to argue the conclusions.

Course content
The content of the educational program involves the study of two substantive modules, in particular, the study of the basic principles of administrative justice, administrative jurisdiction, the principles of administrative justice; administrative-procedural status of participants in the administrative process. Evidence and proof, procedural deadlines, proceedings in the court of first instance, features of consideration of cases under the rules of simplified claim proceedings, appellate and cassation appeal of the decision of the administrative court are also studied.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The control of knowledge is carried out according to the credit-module system, the total number of points is formed by the semester points received during mastering of educational modules. There are lectures, practical classes, as well as independent work, independent tasks.
Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment - semester forms of assessment: 1. express questioning - from 1 to 6 points; 2. reports and scientific works - from 6 to 7 points; 4. participation in the discussion - up to 2 points; 5. drafting of a legal document - up to 5 points. The minimum score to be obtained by a student on the appropriate forms of assessment is 24 points. The maximum score that can be obtained by a student per semester is 40 points. The envisaged forms of semester assessment cannot exceed 40 points in total.
