Course content
Undergraduate internship is aimed at obtaining the necessary sufficient amount of practical training and skills in accordance with the requirements of OS Master for its practical application in terms of independent decision-making in a particular area of ​​work by performing various duties in production, inherent in their future professional and organizational and managerial activities . During the internship students learn the methods of field work, in-house processing of materials, get acquainted with the current state of geological organizations (parties, expeditions), collect all necessary materials for the preparation of a report on practice and factual material for further creative elaboration in writing a dissertation. master's degree. The final stage of the internship is to write a report on the results of the work and its defense.

Assessment methods and criteria
The results of students' learning activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. Final evaluation in the form of differentiated credit: maximum score of 40 points, boundary score of 24 points. Differentiated test is set based on the results of the student's work during the entire period of undergraduate practice, as the sum (simple or weighted) points, which includes: work on production and collection of materials for writing a master's thesis - 30 points (18 points) and writing and registration of the report - 30 points (marginal assessment of 18 points), on the basis of which the defense takes place. The student is not allowed to the final assessment in the form of a differentiated test, if the program of practice and individual tasks set by the head of practice are not fulfilled.
