Learning outcomes
Р16. Skill to perform computer calculations related to chemical problems by using standard and special software, abilities to analyse and display results. Р20. Skill to interpret the experimental data and to correlate this data with corresponding theories in chemistry. Р23. Skill to present competently research results using state and foreign languages, taking into account the purpose of communication.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of basic courses: analytical, general, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry. Possession of skills of work with modern computer equipment and software: MS Office Word, Exel, Power Point, Origin. Ability to interpret the results.
Course content
Study of rules and ways of presenting information in the form of abstracts, presentations and theses. Practice of practical skills of registration of the thesis of reports of scientific conference and diploma work, and also presentation of results of diploma work in the form of presentation.

Assessment methods and criteria
The evaluation is based on a 100-point system. Semester control includes control works and home practical works. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester assessment is 60 points / 36 points. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student on the exam is 40 points / 24 points.
