Learning outcomes
Present your research on a legal topic, using primary sources and methods of legal interpretation of complicated complex problems arising from this study, argue the conclusions; discuss complex legal issues, suggest and justify options for their solution; use advanced knowledge and methods in the process of lawmaking and law enforcement of public and private law and criminal justice institutions; integrate the necessary knowledge and solve complex problems of law enforcement in various areas of professional activity.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basic theoretical and practical aspects of regulation and organization of legal work, features of classification and content of transactions, acts, other documents used in the activities of legal entities, their legal nature. Have the skills to prepare draft transactions taking into account the specifics of any practical situation and resolving disputes arising in the field of legal services by a corporate lawyer.
Course content
Forms of teaching and teaching methods of this discipline are aimed at conducting legal analysis of legal structures used in the practice of corporate law, and studying theoretical and practical issues arising during the operation of the legal service (legal department), law firm or self-employed lawyer and providing them relevant services. Within the framework of the discipline the general characteristics of corporate governance are studied; legal regulation of legal entities; legal nature and characteristics of civil law contracts; contractual, pretentious, claim work of a corporate lawyer, interaction of a corporate lawyer with government agencies. The course of the discipline involves in-depth study by students of current legislation of Ukraine, legal literature, basic concepts and special terminology.

Assessment methods and criteria
In seminars, the ongoing performance evaluation of student knowledge of the discipline includes: express questioning - from 1 to 4 points; colloquium - from 3 to 4 points; reports and scientific works - from 6 to 7 points; testing - from 6 to 7 points; module tests - from 3 to 6 points; participation in the discussion - from 2 to 6 points. The following are subject to assessment: the level of knowledge demonstrated in the response; activity in discussing issues; systematic work in the classroom; homework results. Missing seminars for good reason students can work in extracurricular time (during the teacher's consultations) through oral interviews, testing, preparation of scientific reports. A student who has not reached the minimum threshold level of assessment (24 points) of those learning outcomes that cannot be assessed during the final assessment may be excluded from the final assessment.
