To know modern methods of research of the upper part of the earth's crust and its sedimentary layer in particular and to be able to apply them in production and research activities. Know the basic principles of management of enterprises in the field of nature management, their organization, production and organizational structure of management. Develop and implement mechanisms of territorial management, geoplanning, monitor regional development, draw up plans and programs.

1. Know the principles and methods of organization of geological exploration, stages of geological study in domestic and international practice. 2. Have the skills to work with primary and secondary geological information on various media and other data sources

The course "Regulatory regulation of subsoil use" is part of the cycle of professional training for the degree of "Master", introduces students to the basics of the geological industry in modern economic and regulatory conditions, helps to understand the practical significance and application of acquired knowledge. The basic principles, methods, tools of state regulation within the existing types of subsoil use are covered: geological study, mining, construction and operation of underground structures not related to mining, creation of geological territories and objects of important scientific, cultural etc. value, product sharing agreements.
