Learning outcomes
To know: the main methods of scientific discourse, namely: the ability to communicate in a foreign language in order to present and discuss the results of the scientific work orally and in writing, as well as to fully understand foreign scientific texts and speeches in the field, and professionally present results of their own and collective research by publications and reports at scientific conferences. To be able to: independently form an English-language scientific text, present the main results of research on topics in the framework of their own research work.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
To know: the language system and the rules of its functioning in the process of foreign language communication in accordance with the standards of higher education at the B2+ level with the academic component; as well as the features of the basic rules of business speech etiquette of the language being studied. To be able to: apply in practice the foreign language skills acquired in the scope of the university program, to communicate on business and professional topics.

Improvement and further development of knowledge, skills and abilities (competencies) in a foreign language acquired in the scope of the university program, and their enhancing for research activities.
