Learning outcomes
Understanding the paradigm of Decision Support Systems (DSS) as a specialized class of software systems, the main methodological errors of DSS, the ontology of DSS, the representation of abstraction and basic patterns, decision metrics in DSS; knowledge of models of interaction of decision-makers with decisions in DSS, decision support systems.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the theory of decision making (systems and methods of decision making) and systems analysis, programming course (with knowledge of object-oriented architecture), the basis of computer networks, the theory of operating systems. Be able to conduct system analysis of typical (model) tasks, design and develop software systems, build and use mathematical and simulation modeling, use cloud technologies to work with data, and develop/maintenance software systems. Have basic skills: working with a computer and programming an object-oriented programming language (student's choice).
