- Theoretical and methodological principles of public administration and regulation of the geological industry - Content, structure of the main regulatory documents in force in the geological field - The main directions of development of the mineral resource base of Ukraine and to determine the most promising types of exploration work - Be able to navigate the use of current regulations and methodological provisions developed by the State Geological Survey of Ukraine, the State Commission on Mineral Resources, etc. for various types of exploration work - Be able to design and organize certain types of exploration work in accordance with the requirements of applicable regulations - Be able to compile forms of accounting and registration of geological study of subsoil for different stages of development of mineral deposits Форма навчання

1. Know the principles and methods of organization of geological exploration, stages of geological study in domestic and international practice. 2. Have the skills to work with primary and secondary geological information on various media and other data sources.

The course acquaints students with the basics of the geological industry in modern economic and regulatory conditions, helps to understand the practical significance and application in the industrial environment of acquired knowledge. The basic principles, methods, tools of state regulation within the existing types of subsoil use are covered: geological study, mining, construction and operation of underground structures not related to mining, creation of geological territories and objects of important scientific, cultural and other nature. . value, product sharing agreements.

Lectures, seminars, independent work of students

The control is carried out according to the modular rating system and involves: performing one modular test, and conducting seminars where students must demonstrate the quality of acquired knowledge and solve problems using the methods and tools outlined by the teacher.
