Know the main characteristics of hydrogeological, engineering-geological and ecogeological conditions of the territory of Ukraine; main provisions of the Subsoil Code of Ukraine, normative documents and industry standards; safety rules in the industry. Be able to apply in practice the knowledge gained during theoretical training in a specific enterprise (institution, organization); solve practical problems, keep geological documentation; collect and summarize geological and hydrogeological information on the object of research.

Full-time form

Knowledge of disciplines of the general geological cycle, disciplines of hydrogeology and engineering geology

Students will get acquainted with work at the enterprise or scientific institution; with technical equipment, directions of production and scientific activity of the base of practice. They will learn to analyze and summarize the collected geological and hydrogeological materials, compile production or scientific reports. They will learn to identify current issues that may be the subject of further in-depth research in preparation for the master's thesis.

Іndependent work of students, work on production (organizations, institutions), preparation and defense of the report

Control is exercised by defending the report of the practice at a meeting of the Department of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology, taking into account the assessment of the supervisor, the conclusion of the supervisor from the practice base level of independent theoretical training and presentation of collected materials. Final assessment in the form of differentiated credit. The student is not admitted to the differentiated test in the absence of documents confirming his undergraduate practice.
