Learning outcomes
To know historical and modern approaches to understanding of public law, its principles, key elements and their interaction and development in modern conditions. To be able to analyze legal problems and practical legal situations in the field of public law, to suggest approaches to solving such problems. To participate in professional discussions on public law, lawmaking, law enforcement, to respect the opponents and their views. To make decisions independently on the basis of acquired fundamental knowledge in various legal situations in the field of public law, to form legal conclusions, legal position, be a leader, to be responsible for teamwork.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1.To know the general principles of constitutional law, administrative law and administrative process. 2.To be able to analyze the legislation of Ukraine and scientific sources of constitutional and administrative and legal direction. 3. Possess basic skills in preparing draft regulations and administrative acts of public administration bodies, also drafting legal documents.
Course content
Learning this discipline is aimed at conducting legal analysis and developing ways to solve modern problems of constitutional and administrative law as fundamental branches of public law, in particular, approaches to distinguishing between constitutional and administrative law, human rights in the context of constitutional law, principles of public law, public service, public contracts, supervision of the executive branch. The discipline involves in-depth study by students of current legislation of Ukraine and the achievements of legal science on the outlined issues.

semester forms of assessment: 1. report (speech on a given topic) - up to 5 points; 2. supplement to the report - up to 3 points; 3. express questioning - up to 3 points; 4. colloquium - up to 4 points; 5. case resolution - up to 5; 6. independent work - up to 4 points; 7. report on the topic of individual task - up to 6 points; 8. report on the performance of an individual task - up to 4 points 9. essay (short answers to the questions) - up to 3 points; 10. testing (from the set of judgments to choose the right ones) - up to 3 points; 11. abstract (a profound written work on a given topic with analysis of the literature and conclusions) - up to 6 points; 12. participation in the discussion - up to 3 points; 13. development of a draft normative legal act / legal document - up to 4 points; 14. solving problems - up to 5; 15. test questioning - up to 10 points; 16. final test - up to 5 points.
