R02. Apply modern information technologies, software and Internet resources for information support of professional activities. PR03. Plan, perform, analyze data and present the results of experimental research in the field of biology. PR06. Apply models, methods and data of physics, chemistry, ecology, mathematics in the process of learning and ensuring professional activities. PR09. Follow the provisions of biological ethics, rules of biological safety and biological protection in the process of learning and professional activities. PR10. Know the basics of systematics, methods of detection and identification of non-cellular life forms, prokaryotes and eukaryotes and apply them to solve specific biological tasks. PR12. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure, vital processes and functions of living organisms, understand the mechanisms of regulation of physiological functions to maintain homeostasis of biological systems.

1. Successful mastery of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of the educational degree "Bachelor". 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of biochemistry, cytology and histology, zoology, microbiology, immunology, virology, physiology, biophysics. 3. Knowledge of the basic principles of basic biological methods. 4. Possess elementary skills in the targeted use of laboratory equipment and/or reagents. 5. Possess elementary skills in planning and conducting experimental research in a certain field of biology in order to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. 6. Possess elementary skills in conducting an analytical assessment of the results of research conducted in various branches of biology and/or in a certain biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem.

The academic discipline "Laboratory Practicum in Immunology" is a component of the educational program for professional training of specialists with the educational degree "Bachelor". The discipline is a basic discipline that covers the development of modern methods of immunological research, is designed to outline the range of methods and methodological techniques of research conducted in various branches of immunology and/or in a certain biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem, and which can be used when conducting experiments in related sciences. The discipline is designed to generalize the student's understanding of the main methods of working with biological objects of various levels of organization (from individual molecules to entire organisms and their populations), as well as to provide the student with the opportunity to master the skills of planning and conducting experimental work using various methods and methodological techniques to solve a specific scientific and practical problem, statistical processing of the obtained data and interpretation of the experimental results (both obtained by oneself and provided by scientific laboratories and/or published in the scientific literature).
