Course content
Industrial practice is a mandatory educational component of the educational and professional program "Biology", the purpose of which is to consolidate and deepen the theoretical knowledge obtained by the student, as well as to acquire the necessary skills and competencies for conducting experimental research in various branches of biological science. During industrial practice, the student acquires practical skills for working in research laboratories and at enterprises, gets acquainted with the principles and algorithms for planning and conducting experimental research, criteria for evaluating, processing and presenting the results obtained. The structure of industrial practice depends on the content of practical training in a certain professionally oriented block and ensures the performance of the main professional functions of those positions for which the student can apply after obtaining the appropriate educational degree. Practical training of education seekers is carried out taking into account the competency-based approach on the bases of practice of the National Scientific Center "Institute of Biology and Medicine", in scientific institutions, at enterprises, in organizations, in higher education institutions of Ukraine and other countries.
