Course content
The academic discipline "Methodology of Purification of Protein Molecules" provides students with theoretical insights into the full range of modern laboratory methods for purifying target proteins. Attention is also paid to the development of a comprehensive strategy for purifying target proteins, i.e., optimizing the entire technological process in order to obtain the maximum yield of a high-purity target protein with the minimum number of stages.
