Successful mastery of the academic disciplines "Human Physiology and Anatomy", "General Cytology", "Molecular Biology", "Bioorganic Chemistry", "General Genetics", "Blood and Respiratory Physiology", "Circulatory Physiology", "CNS Physiology", "Autonomic Nervous System Physiology". 2. Be able to independently use knowledge from the above-mentioned academic disciplines to solve specific scientific and practical problems; work with scientific and scientific and methodological literature. 3. Possess the skills of taking notes, systematizing and assimilating information.

The discipline "Physiological Pharmacology" is an elective discipline of the cycle of professional and practical training. The discipline introduces students to the patterns and mechanisms of interaction of the main groups of pharmacological drugs with receptors. The subject of the educational discipline "Physiological Pharmacology" covers both the general patterns of the action of medicinal substances at different levels of the body (pharmacodynamics) and the mechanisms of their absorption, distribution, metabolic transformations and excretion (pharmacokinetics). The physiological mechanisms of the influence of the main groups of drugs on various functional systems of the body, possible side effects, the specifics of the interaction of various medicinal substances, the importance of individual characteristics of the body and its condition for the manifestation of the action of medicinal products are considered.
