Course content
The academic discipline "Medical Parasitology" is a component of the professional training program for specialists with the educational degree "Bachelor" in the educational program "Biology". "Medical Parasitology" is a discipline of free choice of the student, which covers a wide range of issues related to the diversity, features of biology and ecology, the formation of adaptations to a parasitic lifestyle, the practical significance of unicellular and multicellular animals - parasites of humans and animals, and also outlines a range of methods, methodological approaches and analysis algorithms that can be used when conducting experiments in related sciences and within the framework of interdisciplinary projects and which require in-depth knowledge of parasitology
