1.Successful mastery of the material of lectures and practical/seminar/laboratory classes in the mandatory academic disciplines "Botany", "Fundamentals of Ecology and Nature Conservation", "Zoology", "General Cytology", "General Histology", "Bioorganic Chemistry". 2. Knowledge of the principles of basic methods of field research, biochemical, cytological and histological methods. 3. Knowledge of the taxonomy of algae, higher plants, animals and fungi; 4. Understanding of the structural features of algae, higher plants, animals and fungi

The training practice in botany and zoology is an important stage of the preparation of bachelors in the specialty E1-"Biology and Biochemistry". Its task is to consolidate the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the mastery of the disciplines "Botany", "Zoology", "General Cytology", "General Histology" and "Bioorganic Chemistry" of the block of mandatory educational disciplines and direct practical preparation for work in field conditions and in laboratories. The field part of the training practice in botany and zoology is carried out on the basis of the Kaniv Nature Reserve, the laboratory part is carried out on the basis of the training laboratories of the National Scientific Center "Institute of Biology and Medicine". During the internship, students become familiar with the biological diversity of the flora and fauna of Ukraine, methods of collecting and preserving herbarium and collection materials, algorithms for determining algae and fungi, higher plants and animals, cytological, histological and biochemical methods of analyzing various groups of organisms, as well as the principles of organizing environmental protection work.
