PR 01. Be able to apply modern mathematical methods to solve practical problems related to the research and design of biotechnological processes. Use knowledge of physics to analyze biotechnological processes. PRN 15. Based on knowledge of the laws of mechanical, hydromechanical, heat and mass transfer processes and basic design features, be able to choose appropriate equipment in the process of designing production of biotechnological products for various purposes to ensure their maximum efficiency. PR17. Be able to draw up a material balance for one cycle of the production process, equipment specification and a stage control map with production control points. PRN 18. Be able to justify and select appropriate technological equipment and graphically depict the technological process in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents using the knowledge obtained during practical training. PRN 19. PR21.

Full-time form

1. Successful completion of the courses "Processes and devices of biotechnological production", "Fundamentals of biotechnology" and "Microbiology". 2. Be able to independently apply knowledge of processes and devices of biotechnological production, perform practical work, work with scientific and methodological literature and patent documentation. 3. Possess basic skills in working with materials and equipment used in a biotechnology laboratory.

"Industrial Production Equipment" is a discipline built on the fundamental knowledge of the disciplines "Processes and Devices of Biotechnological Production", "Fundamentals of Biotechnology", "Microbiology" and the latest inventions of Ukraine and the World. This is the only discipline that combines fundamental and applied science with production. The task of this discipline is to use a complex of fundamental, applied sciences and technical means aimed at ensuring biotechnological production, which involves the use of cells of microorganisms, animals and plants, as well as products of their vital activity: enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, antibiotics, etc. "Industrial Production Equipment" is exactly the discipline that today allows the implementation of biotechnological and pharmaceutical production, using modern experience in the creation and development of technological equipment. The implementation of biotechnology using modern technological equipment will ensure the production of high-quality and competitive products.
