1. Successful mastery of the following academic disciplines: "Biological and bioorganic chemistry", "Human anatomy", "Histology, cytology and embryology", "Physiology", "Microbiology, virology and immunology", "Pathomorphology", "Pathophysiology", "Pharmacology", "Propaedeutics of internal medicine", "Propaedeutics of pediatrics", "General surgery", "Neurology", "Psychiatry and narcology", "Internal medicine", "Pediatrics with pediatric infectious diseases", "Clinical surgery with a course of anesthesiology and resuscitation", "Obstetrics and gynecology". 2. Ability to independently apply knowledge of propaedeutics of internal medicine, propaedeutics of pediatrics, general surgery, neurology, psychiatry and narcology, internal medicine, pediatrics with pediatric infectious diseases, clinical surgery with a course of anesthesiology and resuscitation, obstetrics and gynecology, and other disciplines 3. Possession of elementary skills of systems analysis.
Course content
The academic discipline "Current Issues in Hematology and Transfusiology" provides students of the Faculty of Medicine with the opportunity to master the knowledge, skills and practical skills that enable a specialist to quickly and correctly navigate situations in which patients have hematological pathology and other emergency conditions, avoid fatal mistakes or loss of time and take priority steps that will save a person's life and/or become a good basis for their successful further treatment in a hospital. When mastering the discipline "Current Issues in Hematology and Transfusiology", it is rational to introduce modern world developments and standards on the main issues of hematology and transfusiology into the educational process.
