PP01. Know the state and foreign languages ​​at a level sufficient for communication on professional issues and presentation of the results of their own research. PP02. Use libraries, information databases, Internet resources to search for the necessary information. PP05. Analyze and evaluate the impact of biology on the development of society. PP10. Present the results of scientific work in writing (in the form of a report, scientific publications, etc.) and orally (in the form of reports and defense of the report) using modern technologies, argue their position in the scientific discussion.

Full-time form

1. Successful mastering of the academic disciplines OP "Bachelor" (knowledge gained during the study of theoretical courses of such professional disciplines as "Fundamentals of Ecology and Nature Conservation", "Microbiology", "Bioorganic Chemistry", "Foreign Language", etc.). 2. Proficiency in English level B2-C1. 3. Ability to work independently with scientific and scientific-methodical literature. 4. Possession of basic skills of systems analysis.

"Foreign language for academic purposes" as a discipline teaches students to see FL as a means of obtaining, expanding and deepening systemic professional knowledge, as well as a means of self-improvement. Prepares students for natural communication in oral and written forms. Teaches to choose and use appropriate language tools for the production of texts (reports, articles, lectures, etc.) of different types. The subject of study of the discipline is the disclosure to students of the potential of FL as an opportunity to expand their own language, speech, linguistic, socio-cultural and other competencies in the specialty in the use of FL.
