Learning outcomes
Possess and apply knowledge and skills in general and professional training in solving specialized tasks. Argue conclusions and identify connections between modern concepts in the organization of the management process at each stage of professional activity. Assess the impact of the environment, socio-economic and biological determinants on the health of the individual, family, population. Identify, summarize and solve problems that arise in the process of professional activity and form a sense of responsibility for the work performed. Apply the rules of bioethics and biosafety in their professional activities. Take measures to organize, integrate laboratory care and marketing of laboratory services. Perform accurate and high-quality laboratory tests, improve methods of conducting them, ensure the quality of clinical laboratory tests, the reliability and unity of results and teach others. PRN 18.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastering of scientific-theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of educational level "Bachelor" and special disciplines such as "Microbiology", "Immunology", "Pathophysiology", "Clinical evaluation of laboratory tests" and others. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of immunology, biochemistry, human and animal physiology, genetics, cytology and histology, microbiology, virology, biophysics, etc. 3. Knowledge of the basic principles of basic laboratory research methods.
Course content
The discipline "Clinical Immunology and Allergology" includes the formation of the master's idea of ​​the structure, laws and mechanisms of the immune system, knowledge of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture, methods of diagnosis and treatment of typical immunopathological processes (primary and secondary immunodeficiencies, immunotherapy of tumors, graft rejection) and allergic diseases, the ability to diagnose the main clinical and laboratory syndromes of immunopathological, allergic processes, to determine the tactics of immunotherapy, to know the criteria for effective treatment.
