PR01. Understand the social and economic consequences of the introduction of the latest developments in the field of biology in professional activities. PR05. Demonstrate the skills of assessing unforeseen biological problems and thoughtfully choosing ways to solve them PR09. Adhere to the provisions of biological ethics, rules of biological safety and biological protection in the process of learning and professional activities. PR16. Know the structure and functions of the immune system, cellular and molecular mechanisms of immune reactions, their regulation, genetic control; types of immunity and methods for assessing the immune status of the organism. PR24. Analyze the physicochemical properties and functional role of biological macromolecules and molecular complexes of living organisms, the nature of their interaction with ions, molecules and radicals, their structure and energetics of processes.

External form

1. Successful mastery of scientific, theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of the "Bachelor" educational level. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of anatomy, microbiology, virology, general immunology, physiology and biochemistry. 3. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of laboratory research of indicators of the state of the immune system. 4. Possession of elementary skills in the application of immunological methods to establish violations of the functioning of various parts of the immune system. 5. Use of special literature to interpret the results obtained during the study of immunological indicators in various diseases, the pathogenesis of which involves the immune component.

The academic discipline "Immunomodulatory drugs" is a component of the educational program for professional training of specialists at the "Bachelor" educational level. The discipline is selective and is dedicated to the study of medical drugs with immunomodulatory effects and immunotropic substances used for the purpose of immunocorrection in various pathological conditions. The main types of pathological conditions and the processes underlying them, in which the need for the use of immunomodulatory drugs arises, are considered; modern classifications of immunomodulatory drugs, mechanisms of their immunomodulatory and pharmacological action and principles of choosing a particular drug for the purpose of correcting the immune response
