Course content
The discipline "Molecular Taxonomy of Plants" is a component of the block of professionally oriented disciplines "Plant Biology". The discipline is a basic biological discipline that deals with a holistic view of biodiversity, techniques for identifying biological objects by marker sequences of genomic DNA, obtaining, analyzing and editing chromatograms with sequencing results, clarifying the phylogenetic relationships of plant and fungal objects using molecular phylogenetic analysis techniques, determining the degree of differences between taxa based on molecular genetic markers.
