PR08. Know and understand the basic terms, concepts, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and at the border of subject areas. PR11. Understand the structural organization of biological systems at the molecular level. PR12. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure, processes of vital activity and functions of living organisms, understand the mechanisms of regulation of physiological functions to maintain homeostasis of biological systems. PR16. Choose methods, algorithms for planning and conducting field, laboratory, clinical laboratory research, including mathematical methods and software for conducting research, processing and presenting results PR24. Analyze the physicochemical properties and functional role of biological macromolecules and molecular complexes of living organisms, the nature of their interaction with ions, molecules and radicals, their structure and energetics of processes.

External form

1. Successful mastering by the program of a theoretical course of a subject and a practical material of educational disciplines which are taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Know the basics of biology, physics, chemistry, biochemistry, cellular and humoral immunity. 3. Understand the terminology of the course. 4. Know the basic principles of basic biological methods. 5. Have basic skills in the use of laboratory equipment. 6. Have the skills of analytical evaluation of research results conducted in various fields of biology and / or in a particular biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. 7. Be able to work with information databases, scientific and methodological literature and analyze the results.

The discipline "Mechanisms of innate immunity" is a component of the educational program of professional training of specialists of educational level "Bachelor". This discipline forms an idea of the components of the innate immune system, the peculiarities of the functioning of the cellular and humoral parts of innate immunity, the mechanisms of control of the immune response.
