PR01. Understand the social and economic consequences of implementing the latest developments in the field of biology in professional activities. PR03. Plan, perform, analyze data and present the results of experimental research in the field of biology. PR05. Demonstrate skills in assessing unforeseen biological problems and thoughtfully choosing ways to solve them. PR08. Know and understand the basic terms, concepts, theories and laws in the field of biological sciences and at the border of subject areas. PR09. Follow the provisions of biological ethics, rules of biological safety and biological protection in the process of learning and professional activities. PR16. Know the structure and functions of the immune system, cellular and molecular mechanisms of immune reactions, their regulation, genetic control; types of immunity and methods for assessing the immune status of the organism.

External form

1. Successful mastery of scientific, theoretical and practical material of academic disciplines taught to students of the "Bachelor" educational level. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of anatomy, physiology, cytology, biochemistry, general immunology. 3. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of laboratory research of indicators of the state of the immune system. 4. Possession of elementary skills in the application of physicochemical and biological methods for the study of various links of the immune system. 5. Use of special scientific and methodological literature for the interpretation of the results obtained during the study of immunogram indicators in normal and in various pathologies, the pathogenesis of which involves the immune component.

The discipline covers the methodological foundations of immunological research methods in various fields of biology and medicine, assessment of the immune status of the organism in the system of experimental immunobiology and clinical immunology and laboratory diagnostics, mastering the basics of immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy of diseases of various etiologies. An important place is given to the classification of basic methods of immunodiagnostics, means of immunoprophylaxis and immunotherapy and the basic principles of immunograms. Much attention is paid to the applied aspects of mastering the basic methodological algorithms for assessing the state of the innate immune system, determining the quantitative and functional parameters of effector cells of innate immunity, methods of qualitative and quantitative characterization of humoral and cellular adaptive immunity. normal and under conditions of development of pathological conditions.
