PR11. Understand the structural organization of biological systems at the molecular level. PR12. Demonstrate knowledge of the structure, vital processes and functions of living organisms, understand the mechanisms of regulation of physiological functions to maintain homeostasis of biological systems. PR16. Know the structure and functions of the immune system, cellular and molecular mechanisms of immune reactions, their regulation, genetic control; types of immunity and methods for assessing the immune status of the organism. PR29.7. Apply methods for diagnosing diseases of infectious etiology and immune-dependent pathologies

External form

1. Successful mastering by the program of a theoretical course of a subject and a practical material of educational disciplines which are taught to students of educational level "Bachelor". 2. Know the main sections and content of modern biology and other fundamental disciplines, modern molecular biological research methods, concepts and patterns of related disciplines. 3. Understand the terminology of the course. 4. Know the basic principles of basic biological methods. 5. Have basic skills in the use of laboratory equipment. 6. Have the skills of analytical evaluation of research results conducted in various fields of biology and / or in a particular biological field to solve a specific scientific and practical problem. 7. Be able to work with information databases, scientific and methodological literature and analyze the results.

The educational discipline "Local Immunity" is a component of the educational program for professional training of specialists with the educational degree "Bachelor". This discipline forms an idea of ​​​​the factors and mechanisms of local immunity, the relationship between systemic and local immunity, and contributes to the acquisition of practical skills in performing basic methods of local immunity.
