PR23. Be able to use fundamental concepts and categories of state formation in production and social activities to substantiate one's own worldview and political beliefs, taking into account the processes of the socio-political history of Ukraine, legal principles and ethical norms.

Full-time form

1. Before studying this course, students must know the basic stages and characteristics of the historical and cultural process; basic research methods. 2. Be able to collect and interpret information to build arguments, build reasoning, draw rational conclusions from available information. 3. Have basic skills in working with professional literature, information management, critical attitude to events and phenomena.

The discipline "Heuristics" belongs to the list of disciplines of free choice of the student and is taught in the 8th semester of the bachelor's degree. The discipline acquaints students with the subject and history of heuristics, types of disputes, components of argumentation. The form, scheme and structure of argumentation are considered. Rules, errors and methods of influence on the point of view, arguments and procedures of the dispute are determined.
