Course content
The discipline "Fundamentals of Preparative Chromatography of Proteins and Peptides" covers theoretical and practical aspects of methods of chromatographic separation and analysis of protein molecules of various origins and structures. The features of each type of preparative chromatography of proteins and peptides and the possibilities of each of these processes from the point of view of biotechnology of protein products are studied. The methodology of chromatography of proteins and peptides, which is the basis of the biotechnological process of obtaining a target product, the basis of which is a protein or peptide molecule with specified properties, is considered in detail.
