PR 23. Be able to use fundamental concepts and categories of state-building in production and social activities to justify their own worldview positions and political beliefs, taking into account the processes of social and political history of Ukraine, legal principles and ethical norms.

Full-time form

1. Know: 1.1 the main trends in civilization as the highest stage of evolution of the social form of motion of matter; 1.2 main periods in the history of world civilizations, their differences, defining events and phenomena; 1.3 main directions of transformations of socio-economic and socio-political relations in the leading cultural and historical communities; 1.4 mental features of representatives of local civilizations; 1.5 the relationship and interaction of civilizations at different stages of development of the world community. 2. Be able to: 2.1 understand the importance of natural conditions and religious factors to determine the specifics of individual civilizations; 2.2 analyze the processes of formation and development of individual civilizations from ancient times to the present; 2.3 to form adequate ideas about modern realities in which historical factors are reflected and continue to be reflected.

The discipline highlights the development of world history from ancient times to the present day; explores the identification of general trends in the development of humanity, revealing the specifics of their impact on human existence in local civilizations that existed and exist on Earth; contributes to the identification of leading factors that determine civilizational processes at the present stage, as well as their impact on the progress of the world community, Europe, and Ukraine.
