PR23. Be able to use in production and social activities the fundamental concepts and categories of state formation to substantiate their own worldviews and political beliefs, taking into account the processes of socio-political history of Ukraine, legal principles and ethical norms.

Full-time form

1. To know: 1.1 defining trends in the development of ethnopolitical theory and practice in the world dimension; 1.2 main processes, events, phenomena that took place in the Ukrainian lands during the main stages of national history, their conditionality, causal context; 1.3 the course of state-building processes in the Ukrainian lands in historical retrospect; 1.4 features of interethnic relations in Ukraine in different historical periods. 2. Be able to: 2.1 have a general idea of ​​the concept of "ethnopolitics" and the evolution of world ethnopolitical thought; 2.2 analyze the course of historical events in the Ukrainian lands as a basis for understanding ethno-political processes; 2.3 understand the importance of socio-political, economic, cultural and religious factors in the formation of interethnic relations in the Ukrainian lands; 2.4 to be guided in regional features of ethnopolitical processes in Ukraine.

The discipline forms an idea of ​​ethnopolitics as a phenomenon of social life and its reflection in the scientific field. It highlights the history of the emergence and development of ethnopolitical thought. It examines ethnopolitical processes in Ukrainian lands in a historical retrospective in a chronological dimension, by analyzing the patterns and trends of the course of ethnopolitical processes in Ukrainian lands from ancient times to the present, and through the prism of studying their regional specificity, determined by the peculiarities of the historical development of individual lands. It reveals the peculiarities of state ethnonational policy in independent Ukraine.
