Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge and understanding): The theory, methodology, and history of social work; Fundamentals of social work management; Regulatory and legal frameworks governing self-governing bodies; Fundamentals of project management; Ethical aspects of social work in communities. Skills and abilities: Interpret social statistics and research findings to make informed managerial decisions; Design social programs and implement them into practice.
Course content
The course is designed to equip students with a comprehensive set of knowledge and practical skills required for the effective management of inclusion and adaptation processes of various social groups into local community life. The program integrates the theoretical achievements of community sociology, classical social work approaches, and modern management tools. Throughout the course, particular attention is paid to the ethical aspects of community interaction, the regulatory and legal framework governing self-governing bodies, and the methodology of community needs assessment. Students will learn to analyze social statistics, design targeted projects, and implement social programs that help reduce social exclusion and strengthen social cohesion at the local level.

Assessment methods and criteria
Verbal answers, practical tasks, presentations, reports, essay The maximum number of points per semester is 100 points. The form of the test is verbal in accordance with the submitted projects, presentations, reports. The minimum number of points for sitting the examination is 40 points. The number of points scored throughout semester is announcing in advance.
