Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Students shall know the subject matter of sociology and psychology as academic disciplines. They shall be able to integrate the key concepts of the discipline ‘Social Psychology’ into other disciplines within the humanities, core and professionally-oriented cycles; They shall be able to possess the skills to use information and communication technologies, and the ability to search for, process and analyse sources of information.
Course content
The course purpose is to develop students’ socio-psychological thinking, their ability to analyse socio-psychological phenomena and processes, and to enable them to grasp the key concepts, principles and theories required of social pedagogues.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: Oral answers, participation in discussions, individual works, a final test. The form of final control is a Mid-term control. Organization of evaluation: The Mid-term control is based on the results of the student’s work during the semester: 1. Oral answers (recitations, presentations, participation in discussions): 40/20 points 2. Executed individual works: 40/20 points 4. Final test: 20/20 points The semester score is formed as a sum of the points obtained by a student during studying at all modules and the points obtained for their individual works. The maximum score for work during the semester is 100: 0 - 59 - not credited; 60 - 100 - credited.
