The student must know the current state of the field of radiophysics and electronics; basic theoretical information on the mandatory and elective components of the curriculum; basic research methods in the field of radiophysics and electronics.
The student must be able to analyze the assigned task and formulate a thorough answer.

Course content
A comprehensive exam in a specialty is a type of independent creative work of a student, performed by him at the last stage of his studies. The topic of the exam corresponds to the current problems of "Applied Physics and Nanomaterials" and is oriented towards the goal of the educational and professional program "Radiophysics and Electronics", that is, to train a qualified specialist in the field of radiophysics and electronics, a research engineer.
