Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basic concepts of inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, chemistry and physical chemistry of macromolecular compounds. Knowledge of English at level B2.
Course content
The academic discipline contributes to the formation of a holistic system of knowledge regarding the development and application of nanomaterials and nanocomposites; expansion of traditional ideas about the physicochemical picture of the world using the example of functional nanosystems; familiarization with the basic laws and practical aspects of the synthesis, research and use of nanomaterials in chemical technologies; disclosure of the main aspects of the application of nanosystems in the latest technological developments of functionalized materials.

Assessment methods and criteria
Semester control includes homework, tests and defense of practice work. The evaluation is based on a 100-point system. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester assessment is 80 points / 48 points. The final evaluation is conducted in the form of a test. The maximum / minimum number of points that can be obtained by a student on a credit of 20 points / 12 points.
