Know the essence and principles of organizing scientific research; characteristics of the main methods of scientific knowledge and methodological models; methodology for conducting scientific research in the field of accounting, auditing, and analysis of enterprise activities. 2. Possess public speaking skills.

Research practice is a mandatory component of the educational and scientific program for the preparation of higher education applicants for the Master's degree in the specialty 071 "Accounting and Taxation" educational program "Accounting, Taxation and Control". This type of practice is aimed at involving higher education applicants in independent research work, familiarization with the methodology of conducting research work in academic and specialized institutes, the practice of entrepreneurship, and issues of implementing theoretical and scientific developments in the field of their professional activity. The subject of research practice is research work as a specific type of scientific and practical activity in the field of trade, logistics and environmental entrepreneurship.

The form of reporting on the completion of research practice is a report of the established sample. Final assessment: differentiated assessment. After completing the practice, higher education applicants report on the implementation of the practice program and individual tasks at a reporting (final) conference. The defense of practice reports takes place before a commission formed from representatives of the graduating department.

The final grade is determined taking into account the timeliness of submission of the necessary internship documents, the quality of the prepared report, the completion of the individual task, the supervisor's feedback, the level of knowledge, and the defense of the internship report.
