Course content
This is an academic discipline designed to develop in students the basic practical skills for conducting research aimed at obtaining fractions enriched in proteolytic enzymes and their general characteristics. Within the framework of the practical course, students will study samples, taking into account the characteristics of the source material, study methods for sample concentration and purification from impurities, and learn to determine protein concentration and enzymatic activity.
