Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful mastery of scientific, theoretical and practical materials of academic disciplines taught to students of the Bachelor's level. 2. Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, biophysics, etc. 3. Possess basic skills in conducting analytical evaluation of research results conducted in the fields of biology to solve a specific scientific and practical problem.
Course content
The discipline is part of the cycle of professional training of specialists with the educational and qualification level of "bachelor" in the field of "biology".The discipline is designed to generalize the student's understanding of modern bioinformatics methods and is aimed at preparing students to perform modern bioinformatics research using advanced tools and technologies. The discipline will prepare students for a successful career in genetics and bioinformatics, providing them with the necessary knowledge and practical skills for working with large volumes of biological data.
