Learning outcomes
PR04. Possess professional knowledge to solve problems in organizing and managing horticultural and park management. PR05. Possess at the operational level methods of observation, description, identification, classification, cultivation of ornamental plants and plant horticultural and park groups, maintaining their decorativeness, stability and stability in the conditions of a complex green zone of the city. PR07. Possess the skills to work independently and as a leader, to obtain results in a limited time with an emphasis on professional conscientiousness when growing ornamental plants in open and closed ground, designing, creating and operating horticultural and park management facilities. PR08. Be able to competently apply technologies for growing planting material of ornamental plants in open and closed ground. PR09. PR10. PR14.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of botany and plant physiology, ornamental plants of the world based on the materials of the discipline "Dendrology", soil characteristics. 2. Be able to make calculations using the given formulas and work with a card index, propagate and grow plants. 3. Have basic skills in working in closed and open soil conditions.
Course content
The academic discipline "Modern Green Building Technologies" is an elective discipline that forms a comprehensive understanding of the methods and measures of modern agricultural engineering of preparatory work, organization and technological cycle of works on landscaping the territory, formation and maintenance of ornamental plantings in natural and urbanized environments; introduces students to green building standards and features of the impact on the "face" of settlements and urban development, with the latest implemented green building projects and trends in improving physical and functional comfort, safety and health of the population, and effective use of land, water and other natural resources.
