Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of the courses "Biology of Individual Development", "Fundamentals of Ecology and Nature Conservation", "Physiology and Anatomy of Humans and Animals".
2. Ability to independently apply knowledge from various biological disciplines,
perform laboratory and practical work, and work with scientific and methodological
literature.

Course content
The temporal organization of biological systems is inherent to all levels of existence of living matter. During the study of this discipline, the characteristics of the main biorhythms, their physiological and adaptive significance, and mechanisms of regulation are considered. Various periodic forms of activity of plants, animals and humans are studied (motor activity, reproductive rhythms, feeding rhythms, seasonal phenomena, megarhythms)
