Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Communicate freely in oral and written forms in the state and foreign languages on matters of professional activity. PLO 6. Know the history and peculiarities of the development of geodesy and land management, their place in the general system of knowledge about nature and society. PLO 12. Develop documentation on land management, cadastral documentation and documentation on land assessment using computer technologies, geoinformation systems and digital photogrammetry, fill the state land, urban planning and other cadastre with data. PLO 17. Possess methods of organizing topographic, geodetic and land management production from field measurements to management and implementation of topographic and land management products based on the use of knowledge of the basics of legislation and production management.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
• successful mastery of the disciplines: "Topography with the basics of geodesy", "Geodesy", "Photogrammetry", "Digital photogrammetry", "Topographic mapping", "Remote sensing of the Earth", Land management and land management design", "Rational use and protection of land". • knowledge of the theoretical foundations of mathematics, engineering and computer graphics, the basics of geographic information systems and technologies • possession of mathematical modeling skills, knowledge of GIS information systems.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form specialists with knowledge of the content of its components, the theoretical foundations of the land cadastre, the composition and practical skills of the procedure for obtaining the necessary information and documents on the legal regime of lands, their distribution by categories and among land owners and land users, the organization of accounting for the quantity and quality of lands, the introduction of the procedure for obtaining land cadastral information in the process of conducting design work, special surveys and reconnaissance, the study of legal, methodological, technical, organizational and practical aspects of maintaining the State Land Cadastre, as well as the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in students on the basics of developing planning and development schemes for settlements, zoning of the territory, their modern and prospective purpose, taking into account the ecological, engineering and geological situation, the state of development and engineering support, the characteristics of buildings and structures, in particular, mastering the methods of applying land cadastre data to solve various issues of organizing the rational and effective use of land in settlements.

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of: seminars (report and presentation), independent, modular tests and exams. - the final form of control established is an exam, the sum of grades (points) is determined by all successfully assessed learning outcomes 60 points and the exam 40 points. Grades below the minimum threshold level are not added to the final grade. - it is mandatory to complete all seminar classes, independent work and modular tests to obtain a positive final grade (60 points and above). For students who have scored a total of fewer points than the critical minimum - 40 points to pass the exam, retaking modular works is mandatory.
