Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Communicate freely in oral and written forms in the state and foreign languages on issues of professional activity. PLO 3. Communicate information, ideas, problems, solutions, own experience and arguments to specialists and non-specialists. PLO 4. Know and apply in professional activity regulatory legal acts, regulatory and technical documents, reference materials in the field of geodesy and land management and related industries.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: the main provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Code and other laws and subordinate normative acts that can be applied to the regulation of land legal relations, the system and structure of state authorities and local self-government bodies, general principles of legal liability for violation of the law.
2. Be able to work with the regulatory base in information search systems, correctly interpret and apply the provisions of regulatory acts, justify one's own position with reference to the regulatory base and draw conclusions, independently solve practical situations in the field of land management and cadastre.
3. Have the skills: interpretation of legal norms, development of land management projects, land use schemes, reading topographic maps, working with a geodetic database, using a public cadastral map and access to the state land cadastre.
Course content
To provide theoretical and practical knowledge of the land law of Ukraine and to promote the formation of practical skills in students for independent solution of problems related to the application of the norms of land, urban planning, architectural and construction, geodetic and cartographic legislation in the practice of land management and maintenance of the state land cadastre. When studying the discipline, knowledge about land as an object of legal regulation, about land law as a branch of law and science, about the sources of land law, about rights to land and obligations in land law, guarantees of their implementation, about management and state regulation in this area, legal protection of land, legal liability for land offenses, as well as knowledge about the legal regimes of lands of various categories are revealed on the principle of systematic analysis.

Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of seminar, independent, modular control works and azalik. The minimum score that a student must receive according to the relevant forms of assessment is 36 points. The maximum score that a student can receive per semester is 60 points. The provided forms of semester assessment cannot exceed 60 points in total. The maximum final score for this discipline can be 100 points. The final score for the academic discipline is formed by adding the number of points received during the semester and the number of points received according to the final form of control (credit) and this sum of points cannot be less than 60 points.
