Learning outcomes
PLO1. To communicate fluently on professional issues with specialists and non-specialists in the state and foreign languages orally and in writing, to use them to organize effective intercultural communication. PLO2. Work effectively with information: select the necessary information from various sources, including professional literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, organize, classify and systematize it. PLO 21.2. To use a third foreign language (Spanish/French) in the practice of communication in everyday life.

Course content
The aim is to provide students with basic knowledge of the Spanish language, ensuring mastery of phonetics and reading rules; to introduce core grammatical categories and lexical material within the scope of the proposed topics; and to enable fluent communication by developing monological and dialogical speaking skills across various spheres of life.

Assessment methods and criteria
During the semester, students are evaluated according to the types of work and the form of control. The grade is based on the results of the student's work throughout the semester and does not provide for additional assessment measures. Students who score the minimum positive number of points - 60 - receive "passed". Students who do not score the minimum positive score of 60 points receive a "fail" grade. Students who have scored a total of less than 60 points during the semester must pass the test by completing the material on the topics for which they have a debt in the form of writing independent works on the topics studied during the semester or, if necessary, write a test.
