Successful mastery of theoretical and practical French language courses taught during the first two years, the ability to apply monological and dialogical speech skills within the studied lexical and grammatical material. The practical course of the second language // Second Language (French) is a component of the educational and professional program "English Studies and Translation and Two Western European Languages" for the training of specialists in the specialty 035 "Germanic languages ​​and literature (translation included), English - first". The subject of study of the academic discipline is French as a second foreign language. The discipline forms students' speaking skills and abilities, teaches communication in French.

Practical classes (tests, essays, presentations, tests).

Forms of student assessment: Evaluation of learning outcomes is carried out at each practical lesson. Modular test work is carried out at the end of each content module. The semester final grade is formed by the points received by the student during the semester and the points received on the exam - a minimum of 60 points, a maximum of 100 points, of which the maximum for the semester is 60 points, a minimum of 36; for the answer to the exam - a maximum of 40 points; a minimum of 24. If the student scored less than 24 points on the exam (60% of the 40 points allocated for the exam), then they are not added to the semester grade, regardless of the number of points received during the semester, and the grade is set to "unsatisfactory" on the national scale.
