1. - to have knowledge, skills and abilities in the disciplines of the social and humanitarian cycle, such as: "Introduction to university studies" and others. - the main categories and concepts related to the life activity of a person and society. 2. be able to: - identify, analyze educational and scientific information, make reasonable conclusions on issues of professional activity. 3. have elementary skills: - drafting written documents, correcting their content, systematizing materials necessary for work, effective organization of one's own educational activities.

The purpose of the discipline is for students to master the main institutes of labor law, to form a holistic view of the theoretical, economic, institutional, legal and organizational foundations of entrepreneurial activity, as well as the necessary competencies and initial practical skills required for the organization and conduct of entrepreneurial activities in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory policy of the state .

The course provides the following forms of training: lectures and seminars conducted using interactive teaching methods, and individual work. The main types of activities and, accordingly, the objects of semester control are: classroom activities, answers during seminars, researche papers, presentations, module tests with open answers. Detailed planned educational activities and teaching methods are presented in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.

Knowledge control is carried out according to the ECTS system, which provides for a two-level assessment of the mastered material, including theoretical training, which is 40% of the total assessment, and practical training, which is 60% of the total assessment. The semester number of points is formed by the points received by the student for classroom activities and for individual work. Criteria for semester assessment are presented in the work program of the discipline, published on the official website of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Philology.
