            Course content
        
        
            Discipline is an organic combination of legal and economic knowledge necessary for developing general competencies in professionals of any field of knowledge, and it includes two modules:
1. Selected sections of labor law provide students with a set of knowledge and skills regarding: employment contracts; working time and rest time; wage payment; occupational safety; work discipline, disciplinary and material liability; protection of labor rights.
2. Foundations of entrepreneurial activity provide students with a set of knowledge and skills regarding: the economic nature of entrepreneurship, its forms and planning; innovative entrepreneurship; technologies for starting one's own business; state regulation of entrepreneurship; commercialization of scientific developments.

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Evaluation of student work includes ongoing monitoring and semester-based assessments in the form of exams. The maximum number of points a student can earn during their studies is 100 points, which are evenly distributed (50/50) between the "Selected chapters of labor law" and "Fundamentals of entrepreneurial activity" blocks. 
A student receives a passing grade based on their performance in the semester (as determined by ongoing assessments) if they receive a minimum of 30 points in each of these blocks.
