Use specialized databases and specialized software to solve professional tasks.

Knowledge of the theoretical foundations of geography, hydrology, mathematical statistics, economic theory; Possession of elementary skills of hydrological and water balance calculations, statistical processing of data series.
Course content
this academic discipline is devoted to formation students have holistic systemic ideas about natural, economic, managerial, technical prerequisites for the development of the water management complex of Ukraine, current state water use. In the course of study, students learn to analyze the theory and practice of sustainable development of water use; use water resources assessment methods; acquire skills in analyzing the efficiency of economic mechanisms rational water use.

Assessment methods and criteria
Conditions for admission to the exam: the recommended minimum for admission is 36 points. For students who scored a total of less than 36 points (recommended minimum), writing essays on missed or insufficiently mastered topics is a mandatory condition for admission to the exam. The final assessment is conducted in the form of an exam in a written format. The maximum number of points during the exam is 40, the minimum number of points added to semester points is 24 (60% of the maximum number of points assigned to the exam). The final grade in the discipline consists of points scored based on the results of the semester control of the first and second parts and the points of the final control paper.
